Triboriginal
is dedicated to the notion that commitment to
the arts and to your family can be of one cloth.
We invite you to include your family in this
very important part of your life. Triboriginal
welcomes husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends,
children, teens... everyone but the family pet!
Our
Children’s Program provides over 20 hours
of entertainment and enrichment. The Program
is nestled in several rooms in the Farm House,
convenient to cabins, classes and the Dining
Hall. These activities will keep your little
ones busy and happy, enabling you to canoe,
dance, or just be leisurely! The fee for this
is included in the price of your child's admission.
Children under 2 will be handled on a case-by-case
basis. Young people ages 12-18 can opt to either
spend time with the kids, or attend the adult
classes. Children and teens do require a parent
or legal guardian to attend them during non-childcare
hours and meals, and will share a cabin with
their parent/guardian.

We
also want your significant other to be involved
and enjoy the event with you! We are working
hard to add programming that appeals to the
non-dancer in your life; with drumming and music
classes, juggling, fire spinning, swordplay,
and more! (We are adding to our class schedule
all the time.) They can take as many or as few
classes as they want!
We
also offer a low cost ‘Limited Access’
package, including lodging, meals, the parties
and shows, but no classes. This is for the partner
who wants to come along just to relax. Don't
worry - if they change their mind, they can
upgrade their registration to 'Full Access'
status on-site.

NEW!
For 2008, we are launching the pilot for
Triboriginal's Children's Program Scholarship Fund!
Tribo is committed to families. So, with additional
support from the Tribo 2007 Community Silent Auction,
we are now able to offer a limited number of partial
scholarships for kids in need attending Tribo '08!
We strive to create a compassionate and expeditious
process for reaching out to families. Bear with us
this year, as we do our best to work out the kinks.
What to
know:
-Scholarships can only be offered to kids with legal
guardians at the event.
-Scholarship hopefuls must register at the usual rates.
If an application for funds is accepted, the grant
will come in the form of a partial refund at, or before,
the event.
-Letters detailing need, and supporting documentation,
should be sent by July 15. Applicants will be notified
by August 1.
